The role
We’re looking for a highly experienced Digital Senior Account Manager (approx 3-4 years experience+) with strong client-servicing skills, and a deep knowledge of digital marketing, processes and trends. This role is perfect for someone keen to grow fast in his/her role, and become an Account Director in the next 12/18 months.

Wanted: Conceptual Copywriter

The role:
We’re looking for a middle-weight/senior conceptual copywriting genius (5 years experience +) to work across all of Collective’s clients.

Summary:
This Conceptual Copywriter position is a key creative role within the business. It is also fairly unique within the industry. As you’d expect, we’re looking for someone who can deliver copy across Collective’s range of accounts, and work with Designers and Art Directors to brainstorm and conceptualise ideas for existing and new clients. You’d also help mentor and inspire more junior members of the copy team. But, most importantly, we require a writer with a real strategic focus. We’re looking for an incisive and intelligent thinker who can input into the wider Creative Intelligence Group – comprising Collective’s strategy, analytics and creative functions.

The role requires a strong understanding of both established and emerging technologies (very specifically in the mobile and social media spheres), exceptional copywriting skills, unbounded curiosity, and a passion for delivering only the very best creative ideas.

The successful candidate will be a digital native who has worked (or is still working) as part of a Copywriter/Art Director creative team in an established agency but who now wants to spread their wings in a more flexible environment where they can have greater influence on the creative product, work with a wider range of people, and really show the world what they can do.

Although we are asking a great deal of this person, the reward for the successful applicant will be to be fast-tracked to a very senior creative position within the agency within the next 18-months to two years.
